Our History
As a family operation for more than 35 years, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. We take great
care and pride to prepare our food for you with the freshes and fines ingredients. From our soup to our salad
dressing, we make virtually everything from "scratch". We cook our specialty dishes and make our salads all
to order from fresh raw ingredients, according to our own tried and exacting recipes. We make our dough and
sauces fresh daily on the premises. In addition, we were the first to introduce the pan pizza and Greek salad
to Tompkins County! Quality is our priority, and we have made value its partner in offering you the most
generous servings at reasonable prices. In short, we prepare all of our dishes for you exactly as we make
them in our home for our family; and we consider you no less.
